淹水胁迫对石楠幼苗根系活力和光合作用影响 被引量:13

摘要 选取3种石楠属植物的1a生扦插苗进行不同淹水处理,测定了淹水胁迫对3种石楠属植物幼苗根系活力和光合作用强度的影响。结果表明:石楠、‘红罗宾’、‘鲁宾斯’3种试验材料全淹处理和半淹处理的根系活力与对照相比都有明显的下降;淹水时间越长,根系活力值下降幅度越大;且各试验材料根系活力下降幅度均为全淹处理大于半淹处理。3种试验材料全淹处理和半淹处理后,除胞间CO2浓度(Ci)值与对照相比升高外,净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)值与对照相比均发生不同程度下降,且各试验材料全淹处理下降幅度大于半淹处理。通过淹水胁迫对根系活力和光合作用影响的综合分析,‘鲁宾斯’的抗涝性最强。 In this paper, the three kinds of one-year-old Photinia seedlings were selected to study the effects of waterlogging stresses on root activity and photosynthesis. The results showed that the root activity of Photinia serrulata, Photinia xfraseri ' Red Robin' and Photinia glabra var. Roberts all significantly decreased under the waterlogging stresses compared with the control. The root activity in the submerge waterlogging treatments was decreased more than that in the semi-submerge waterlogging treatments. Under the waterlogging stresses, except that Ci was increased, Pn, Gs and Tr of the three Photinia leaves were decreased to some extent compared with the control, and the parameters were decreased greater than in the submerge waterlogging stress than that in the semi-submerge waterlogging stress. Comprehensively analysis of root activity and photosynthesis, it was found that Photinia glabra var. Robens was superior in the waterlogging submergence tolerance.
