人卵泡液中抗苗勒管激素水平与卵母细胞关系的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨卵泡液中抗苗勒管激素(AMH)水平对卵母细胞发育、受精和卵裂的影响。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测60例体外受精-胚胎移植患者卵泡液中AMH水平,分析其与卵母细胞发育、受精和卵裂的关系。结果卵泡液AMH水平为(56.7±11.2)pmol/L,显著高于血清AMH水平((20.7±5.5)pmol/L,P<0.01)。含成熟卵母细胞的卵泡液AMH水平为(57.3±12.1)pmol/L,高于含未成熟卵母细胞者((55.8±9.3)pmol/L,P<0.05);受精卵的AMH水平((57.9±11.7)pmol/L)高于未受精卵((54.5±6.6)pmol/L,P<0.01);Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级胚胎的AMH水平高于Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级胚胎(P均<0.05)。结论卵泡液中AMH可促进卵母细胞发育,提高受精卵发育潜能。 Objective It is to discuss the influence of anti-mullerian hormone (AMH) level in follicular fluid (FF) on development, fertilization and cleavage of oocyte. Methods The AMH levels in FF of 60 in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer patients were detected with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and its relationship with development, fertilization and cleavage of oocyte was analyzed. Results The AMH level of FF was (56.7±11.2) pmol/L and was higher than that of serum ((20.7±5.5) pmol/L, P 〈 0.01 ). The AMH level of FF with matured oocyte was (57.3±12.1 ) pmol/L and was higher than that with unmatured oocyte ( (55.8±9.3) pmol/L, P〈 0.05). The AMH level of fertilized ovum was (57.9 ± 11.7) pmol/L and was higher than that of unfertilized ovum ( (54.5±6.6) pmol/L, P 〈 0.01 ). The AMH levels of embryos in grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ were higher than those in grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ (P〈0.05). Conclusion AMH in FF can promote development of oocyte and raise the potentiality of fertilized ovum.
