摘要
基于两分仓回转式空气预热器热力计算标准方法,建立了三分仓空气预热器换热计算模型,同时给出了计算求解方法与热力计算程序。实际计算结果表明,该热力计算方法有较高的计算精度,可计算热段与冷段受热面交界截面的平均温度,且计算简便,其校核计算结果与原设计数据吻合较好。
Based on the standard thermodynamic calculation method of dual- section regenerative air preheater, a heat transfer calculation model of tri - section regenerative air preheater has been deduced, at the sametime,the method for finding solution and the program of thermodynamic calculation being given. The results of practical calculation show that the said thermodynamic calculation method not only has higher precision of calculation, and is easy to calculate, but also can calculated the mean temperature at the interface where the heating surfaces in hot section and cold section intersect. The result of calibriting calculation tallies well with the original designed data.
