摘要
〕目的:观察用2.5%和5%氢氟酸处理VitaVMK68瓷不同时间对该瓷与树脂粘结强度的影响。方法:瓷分别酸蚀0~180s,每30s为一间隔,后与树脂粘结,测定其剪切粘结强度。结果:树脂几乎不与未经酸蚀处理的瓷发生粘结,与酸蚀处理的瓷粘结强度受酸蚀时间的影响,两种酸蚀剂酸蚀处理150s都可以获得最大粘结强度,分别达30.0MPa和35.4MPa,明显高于各自的对照组。粘结强度值与使用的瓷酸蚀剂的种类也有较大关系。结论:合理的酸蚀可使瓷—树脂获得理想的粘结强度;酸蚀时间对粘结强度有显著影响。
Objectives: To evaluate the effect of different etching times on the bond strength between porcelain and composite resin. Methods: The surface of porcelain was etched with 5% or 2.5% hydrofluoric acid for seven different time periods from 0s to 180s respectively and then the shear bond strength between the etched porcelain and composite resin was measured after immeresed in water for 24h. Results: Composite resin did not bond to unetched porcelain but bonded to etched porcelain, the 150s etch gave the highest bond strength, and the diffenence is significant at the level of P =0.05, no matter 5% or 2.5% of the acid was used. Conclusion:Etching of porcelain surface is a reliable method to bond composite resin with porcelain. The time of etching is important for the bonding.
