复合工艺处理电镀综合废水 被引量:5

摘要 利用二氧化氯氧化破氰-铁屑内电解降铬-碱性沉淀复合工艺对某一电镀综合废水进行了处理,处理后的污水水质达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级排放标准的要求。文章从电镀废水的水质水量、工艺流程、流程说明、主要构筑物以及投资和运行结果等几方面对此工程进行了说明,对同类型污水处理具有一定的指导意义。 Galvanization wastewater was treated by combined process which includes chlorine dioxide coordination oxidant broken cyanogens process, iron filings internal electrolysis and alkalinity precipitation method. The quality of the treated wastewater reached the Class I of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996). Water quality and water quantity, treatment process, flow process, main buildings, investment and operation cost were described, which has certain guidance for the same type of wastewater treatment.
