城市生态社区综合评价指标体系的探讨

Discussion on Comprehensive Evaluation Indicator System for Urban Ecological Community

近年来城市发展规划中,生态社区的概念逐渐得到广泛的认同并逐步被应用于实践,建立生态社区综合评价指标体系对于生态社区的实践和发展具有重要的意义。通过对城市生态社区的基本内涵的分析,采用层次分析法建立了一套符合我国国情的、定性与定量结合的生态社区评价指标体系,借鉴有关研究成果给出了具体指标的参考标准值,对各项指标及其权重进行量化,运用加乘混合的方法建立指标综合模型,最后得到对生态社区的综合评价结果。

As the concept of ecological community is widely accepted, it is of interest to set up an indicator system for it. This paper elaborates on application of the method of AHP, which leads to a set of qualitative and quantitative indicators that is in accordance with both local and nationwide situations. With reference to other relevant studies, the detailed criteria indicator data are given, and then the comprehensive evaluation model by means of AHP and fuzzy mathematics.
