摘要
目的:找出适宜烘烤温度使钛接圈与Ni-Cr合金形成最理想的界面结合。方法:选定600℃、650℃、700℃、800℃钛接圈烘烤温度,浇注Ni-Cr合金的结合体。显微硬度计、扫描电镜、能谱分析仪,对钛接圈、结合界面、Ni-Cr合金部进行分析。结果:(1)钛接圈烘烤600℃、800℃,铸入Ni-Cr合金,扫描电镜发现有明显的界面反应区。(2)650℃、700℃时铸入Ni-Cr合金,两金属间出现金属-金属接合形成区,该部Vicker硬度与Ni-Cr合金、钛接圈硬度差异不大,但也有部分界面反应。(3)能谱分析显示在Ni-Cr合金部、接合部、钛接圈部均有Ni、Cr、Ti、Mo、Si等元素,且Ti元素检出较少。结论:选用钛接圈烘烤温度为650℃~700℃条件下,浇注Ni-Cr合金较好,益于种植瓷修复体质量。
Objective: To study the effects of elevating temperature on the properties of the interface between titanim cylinder and Ni-Cr alloy. Methods: Scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectrocopy and vicker's hardness measurement were employed to observe the interface of pure titanium cylinder(TA 2) with Ni-Cr alloy(YHK 1) after elevation at 600℃, 650℃, 700℃ and 800℃ respectively. Results: Interface reaction between the titanium cylinders and Ni-Cr alloy was observed after elevation at 600℃ or 800℃, however metal to metal union and higher vicker's hardness values(similar to that of Ni Cr alloy or titanium connection) of the uniom were observed after 650℃ or 700℃ elevation. Conclusion: 650℃ or 700℃ elevation may be suitable for the required properties of the interface between titanium cylinder and cast Ni-Cr alloy.
