印刷车间分布式温湿智能控制系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 利用温湿度传感单元DS18B20/HS1101构成环境温湿度监测探头,通过单总线(1-wire)实现数据采集。AT89C52作为核心控制器进行监测信号分析处理以及进行现场温湿度调节设备驱动控制;另外,通过控制CAN总线控制器SJA1000、收发器PCA82C250构成CAN总线通信系统进行数据传输;此外,利用USB控制器PDIUSBD12将上位PC机与现场监控系统连接,完成了分布式环境温湿度监测控制系统设计。通过实验测试,对数据进行计算得出系统温度检测误差不大于0.5℃,湿度检测误差不大于±3%RH,从而实现印刷环境智能化控制和科学管理。 Data collection was fulfilled through 1-wire technology by temperature sensor DS18B20 and hu-midity HS1101 sensor as circumstance temperature and humidity monitor probe. AT89C52 as the core control- ler was used to analyze and process monitor signal and drive field temperature-humidity regulating equipments. It controlled CAN bus controller SJA1000 and transceiver PCA82C250 to structure CAN bus communication system to transmit data. The up PC was connected with field monitor system though USB controller PDIUS- BD12, which the distributed circumstance temperature and humidity intelligent measure system was carried out. Our experiments show that the system temperature measure-error is less than ±0.5℃, and the system humidity measure-error is less than ± 3% RH, which completes printing circumstance intelligent control and scientific management.
