摘要
针对钢瓶刻印机的刻印特点和《气瓶安全监察规程》中相关规定提出了一种校正算法。描述了钢瓶刻印机的系统及工作原理,重点介绍校正算法推导和误差分析。该算法从影响刻印字符形状的参数入手,推导出变形比例,在刻印过程中自动对不同行的字符进行宽度和间隔校正,使得刻印在钢瓶上的字符大小一致、规则。
This paper presents a correction algorithm according to the countermark characters of cylinder mark printer and correlation provisions of 《Gas Cylinder Safety Supervision Rules》. The cylinder mark printer system and its operation principle are simple described in the paper while the correction algorithm and error analysis are discussed in detail. The new correction algorithm starts the research with the relevant parameters of shape and then gains the distortion proportion. In the countermarking process,the system proofreads the characters' width and space of different rows automatically insuring the character size countermarked on cylinder identical.
