摘要
文章对大型复杂的石化企业,提出了如何选择热集成系统的原则,并利用夹点技术对某苯胺装置整个系统和系统的各组成单元进行了分析,找出了用能不合理的环节和原因。分别取整个装置为优化系统以及各个单元各自为优化系统,提出了对换热网络的改造方案,并进行了比较,确定了目标系统和最终方案,在相对较小的经济投入下获得更大的经济效益,对复杂装置如何选取研究系统具有参考价值,根据提出的原则,既可以最大限度地发掘系统的节能潜力,又可以确保热集成方案的可行性。
The principles of bow to choose a target system for heat integration was proposed tor large and complicated petrochemical enterprises. The whole system and each subsystem of an aniline plant were analyzed by using pinch technology. Based on the comparison of the energy-saving potential, each subsystem was determined as the retrofitting object. The unreasonable energy utilization was analyzed, and the strategies of retrofitting the heat- exchange network were presented. The work is valuable for how to choose an object system to recover more heat at lower economic expense. The principles proposed can be used for both tapping energy-saving potential and ensuring heat integration strategies feasible.
