摘要
为了及时全面地掌握我国病险水库及其除险加固的状况,应建立病险水库及除险加固信息管理平台.病险水库及除险加固信息管理平台是一个分布式平台,包括网络平台、数据库平台、采集与管理平台、公共数据服务平台、信息服务平台,由远程采集与管理系统、管理信息系统、数据服务系统、信息服务系统、PDA信息查询系统、水库GPS导航和定位系统等组成.能够在保证数据安全的条件下,满足不同用户不同层次的要求.
To master in time all situations of defective reservoirs and their strengthening in China, information management platform for defective reservoir strengthening should be built. This platform is a distributed management platform, including network platform, database platform, collection and management platform, common data service platform, and information service platform. It is composed of long-range collection and management system, management information system, data service system, information service system, PDA information query system, and reservoir GPS navigation and positioning system. By using the platform, data safety can be guaranteed, and different level requests by different users satisfied.
