摘要
以乙烯基硅油(SiVi)、含氢硅油(SiH)为主要原料,合成了可室温硫化的液体硅橡胶。分析了SiVi与SiH比例、几种补强材料、MQ树脂的合成工艺以及用量对硅橡胶性能的影响。结果表明,当n_(SiH):n_(SiVi)=1.3,MQ树脂用量为25份时,硅橡胶的拉伸强度为2.32 MPa,断裂伸长率为110%。
Additional room temperature vulcanizing silicone rubber was prepared with vinyl silicone oil(SiVi) and (SiH) as the raw materials. The influence of mol ratio of SiVi/SiH,several reinforcing fillers, synthetic process and amount of MQ silicone resin was investigated.The results showed that the properties was the best when the nSiH : nSiVi was 1.3 : 1 and the amount of MQ silicone resin was 25% by weight;the tensile strength was 2.32 MPa and the elongation at break was 110%.
