PVC用UV固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯胶粘剂的研究

Research of UV-curable polyurethane acrylic adhesive for PVC

采用聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚体,添加光引发剂、活性稀释剂、增塑剂及偶联剂等制成PVC用UV固化胶粘剂。结果表明,当活性稀释剂质量分数为20%～25%,且m_(HDDA):m_(TGPDA): m_(POBTMPTA)=2:2:1、硅烷偶联剂质量分数为3%～5%、光引发剂用量为3%～5%,且m_(1173):m_(184)=1.0: 1.5时,用自制表面处理剂对PVC进行处理,胶粘剂粘接的剪切强度为15MPa,综合性能较好,适合于软质PVC的粘接。

In this paper, the UV-curable adhesive for PVC was prepared using PUA prepolymer, photoinitiators,active diluent,plasticizer and coupling agent.The experiment results showed that when the content of active diluent,coupling agent and photoinitiators was 20-25%,3-5% and 3-5% by weight.respectively,mHDDA：mTGPDA：mPO3TMPTA=2：2：1,m1173：m184=1.0 ： 1.5 and PVC treated with the self-prepared surface treating agent,the shearing strength of adhesive is 15 MPa,the adhesive has good combination property,and can be used for soft - PVC.
