突变研究方法的演化进展

Progress in the methodology on mutation research

基因突变与肿瘤发生、发育畸形、遗传性疾病、衰老及进化等医学和生命科学问题密切相关，是当代生命科学的一个重要研究领域。基因突变研究的深入开展依赖于突变研究方法的不断发展。对基因突变机理的逐步了解，又推动了突变研究方法的不断进步，体现出研究方法与研究内容是相辅相成，相互促进的。

Gene mutations have been implicated in the aetiology of cancer,developmental anomalies,genetic disease,ageing and evolution.Many methods have been developed on mutation research.In this paper,the relationship between gene mutation and the methodology on mutation research was discussed.
