摘要
板坯连铸是炼钢新工艺。本文介绍了我们在武钢二炼钢厂研制的大板坯连铸计算机控制系统的设计思想和控制方法,并着重论述如何提高系统响应速度和可靠性的一系列措施及现场实时控制的实现技术,从而为大工业生产过程的计算机实时控制提供了一应用实例。
Continuous casting of steel billet is a new steel-smelting technology. The author describes the designing concept and the control method of the computer control system for the continuous casting of big steel billet in No. 2 steel works of wuhan iron and steel complex. It also offers a detailed description of the realization of the on-site real-time control and the various measures which are taken to improve the system response speed and the reliability.
