摘要 利用1985—2005年数据,运用协整理论实证研究了我国自主创新的投入产出问题.实证结果表明,我国科技资源投入和自主创新产出之间存在长期均衡关系.短期内,科技资源投入变化对于自主创新产出变化不具有当期影响,资金投入波动对于自主创新产出变化存在正影响并具有2期滞后,劳动投入波动对于自主创新产出变化没有影响.科技资金投入是影响我国自主创新产出的重要决定因素,科研人力资源投入未对自主创新产出发挥应有的作用.分析了形成这种状况的原因并提出政策建议. Based on the data from 1985 to 2005, it makes research on the relationship between input and output of independent innovation in China applying the co-integration theory. The results show that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between inputs of technology resources and outputs of independent innovation. In short-term, changes in the invested technology resources have no any impact on current output of independent innovation. Volatility of invested capital has a positive relationship with two-period lagged independent innovation. Changes in labor input have no effect on independent innovation. Capital investment is a key factor affecting the outputs of China's independent innovation, but not human resources. Finally, it analyzes the reasons for this situation and puts forward some policy proposals.
