摘要
基于我国资源和技术基础的特性,"引进—吸收—创新"模式成为我国制造业技术创新的常见模式.在此,对Cohen和Levinthal及Zahra和George的吸收能力理论观点进行了对比和整合,提出了一个四维度的吸收能力分析框架,构建了以吸收能力为核心,包含权威执行力、组织间合作以及制度保障等关键影响因素的改进式创新分析模式,结合中国铝业河南分公司的"一水硬铝石管道化溶出技术"这一创新实践,解释了吸收能力影响技术创新的作用机制.
Based on the features of material resource and technology foundation, "import-absorption-innovation" mode has become common for technology innovation of Chinese manufacturing sector. With comparison and integration of Cohen & Levinthal's and Zabra & George's theoretical points of view on absorption capacity, it puts foreward a four-dimension analysis framework of absorptive capacity, and establishes improved innovation analysis mode which includes the key influencing factors of authority execution, inter-organizational cooperation and system guarantee with absorptive ca- pacity at core. Combined with the innovation practice of "Technology of Diaspore Pipeline Dissolution" of Henan Branch of China Great Wall Aluminium Corp. , it explains the function mechanism of absorptive capacity on technology innovation.
