对“档案形成在前说”两个基本观点的思考

"档案一形成就是档案"和"档案记录着文件形成的全部过程"是档案形成在前说的两个基本观点,而这两个基本观点在"档案形成在前说"大前提下是不严谨和不成立的:一是"档案一形成就是档案"的观点存在着与其系列文章中的其它观点自相矛盾和档案形成标志不明确问题;二是"档案记录着文件形成的全部过程"的观点存在着对档案形成过程、记录过程、记录内容的错误认识问题。

The theory of archives taking shape in precedence has two basic viewpoints： ＂archive is archive when it has taken shape＂ and ＂archives record the whole forming process of documents＂. But the two basic viewpoints are not rigorous and do not hold water under the major premise - the theo- ry of archives taking shape in precedence. The first reason： the theory ＂archive is archive when it has taken shape＂ contradicts himself with his other viewpoints in his serial articles. And the archival forming notation is not clear in the theory. The second reason： the theory ＂archives record the whole forming process of documents＂ has wrong understanding on forming process, recoding process and recorded content of archives.
