摘要
采用湿法消化溶解样品,用原子吸收光谱法测定了野胡萝卜叶及根中的Zn、Mn、Fe、Cu等元素的含量。结果表明,该法的平均相关系数≥0.9995;测定样品的相对标准偏差为0.31%.1.60%;样品的回收率在96.30%~105.88%之间,表明该法准确、可靠,测定结果为更好地开发野胡萝卜资源提供了参考依据。
The leaf and root of Wild carrot of were dissolved by HNO3- HClO4. The trace Zn, Mn, Fe and Cu in wild carrot were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). The result shows that the correlative coefficient of the method is ≥ 0. 999 5, the relative standard deviation of examinated sample was range from 0. 31% to 1.60%, the recovery of specimen was range from 96. 30% to 105.88%. It will offer some useful data for developing the wild carrot resource.
