家养林麝电刺激采精及精液品质研究

Electro-Ejaculation and the Semen Quality of Domestic Moschus berezovskii

用电刺激采精法对20头次家养林麝进行电刺激采精及精液品质的分析。结果表明:电刺激射精电压为(4.6±0.5982)V;电刺激至射精的时间为(9.6667±6.3152)min;采精量为(0.369±0.242)mL;pH值为6.475±0.2552;精子密度为(6.935±7.0173)亿/mL;精子活力平均为0.67±0.1081。电刺激采精麻醉保定药品用量,氯胺酮(24.5075±10.0285)mg/kg体重,或陆眠宁(0.022 5±0.005)mL/kg体重,均能达到满意的保定效果。

Electro-ejaculation of the 20 domestic Moschus berezovskii and the semen quality analysis were carried out in the research. The results showed that ejaculation voltage of electro-ejaculation was （4.6±0.598 2） volt, stimulation time （9.666 7±6.315 2） rain, the average semen volume （0.369±0.242） mL, pH value 6.47 5±0.255 2; sperm density （6.935±7.017 3） billion/mL, semen average vitality 0.67±0.108 1. Fine consumption of narcotic drugs including ketamine （24.507 5±10.028 5） mg/kg BW, or Lumeinin（0.022 5±0.005） mL/kg BW for fixation could achieve satisfactory results when the animals was electro-ejaculation.
