摘要
建立一种快速、准确测定乳与乳制品中β-乳球蛋白含量的SDS-PAGE方法。β-乳球蛋白标准溶液在0.238-7.128mg/L范围内呈线性相关(r=0.99),具有良好的重复性(RSD<10%),液态奶及奶粉的检出限分别为24mg/100mL、240mg/100g。通过对β-乳球蛋白的重复性和灵敏度实验,表明SDS-PAGE方法具有操作简单、准确可靠的特点,适用于乳与乳制品中β-乳球蛋白含量的测定。
A rapid quantitative method for determination of β-1actoglobulin in milk and dairy products by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis has been developed. The method had good relativity (r=0.99) and good analytic precision (RSD〈10 %), with the LOD of 24 mg/100mL in milk and 240 mg/100g in milk powder and cheese. This method is fast, simple, reliable, so it can be applied in the determination of β-lactoglobulin in milk and dairy products.
