内皮祖细胞在自身免疫性疾病中的研究进展

摘要 内皮祖细胞(endothelial progenitor cells,EPCs)是一种来源于骨髓的多能干细胞,能增殖分化为成熟血管内皮细胞。自从1997年Asahara等首次从外周血中分离出EPCs以来,大量研究表明其不仅参与胚胎发育过程中的血管发生,而且在出生后具有促进新生血管生成,损伤血管修复、改善内皮功能等作用。近年来的研究已证实在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)、类风湿关节炎(RA)、系统性硬化症(SSc)这些自身免疫性疾病中EPCs的数量和功能也存在着异常。本文就EPCs的生物学特性及其在自身免疫性疾病中的研究进展做一综述。
