儿童鼾症与体格发育

CHILDREN WITH SNORE SYMPTOM AND THEIR PHYSIQUE GROWTH

儿童鼾症是常见疾病，我院统计占耳鼻咽喉科门诊儿童患者的２７．３９％。对２１８例鼾症儿童进行全身发育情况调查，结果：①体重低于标准占３９．９％，对照组１０％。②身高低于标准占４５．４％，对照组８．６７％。③腺样体面容占３８．５％。④牙齿发育不良占２３．３９％，对照组占２％。⑤智力减退占１５．４％，对照组２％。⑥听力减退占１２．３９％，对照组占１．３３％。⑦消化不良占２５．２３％，对照组占５．３３％。结论：儿童鼾症对儿童全身发育产生多方面不良影响，应予及时诊治。

Snore symptom in children is a common disease,the cases encountered in our hospital′s earnosethroat department account for 27.39% of the total outpatients.218 cases of snore symptom and their physique growth were investigated.Results:In abnormal groups,children weighing under standard;with a height under standard;adenoid face;tooth dysplasia;mental deficiency;dysacousia;and dyspepsia account for 39.9%,45.4%,38.5%,23.39%,15.4%,12.39%,25.23%,respectively.There were significant differences between abnormal and normal groups.Conclusion:snore symptom in children influences children′s growth and should be treated.
