摘要 针对G104-5区块水平井酸化存在层内矛盾突出,笼统酸化酸液易进入高渗透层,卡封分段酸化应用技术范围窄且无法改善层内矛盾的现状,应用油溶性暂堵剂加入酸液来调整地层进酸剖面,根据储层物性、酸液性能在暂堵剂粒径分析、配伍性、可溶解性、筛管通过能力、地层封堵能力等几方面进行综合研究和评价,摸索出了合理的使用浓度,堵塞及自动解除的规律,为现场应用提供了指导。 In order to deal with the problems occurring very often in horizontal wells in Block G104-5,such as conspicuous inter-layer contradiction exists during acidizing in horizontal well,acid liquid easily goes into high permeability layer,the range of application of the technique of separate layer acidizing by sticking and plugging is not wide enough to resolve the contradiction existing in layers and so on,a method of adding acid liquid into transient shutoff agent,which is soluble in oil,to control the inflow profile of acid in formation,is proposed. Integrative study of the physical properties of reservoir and acid liquid,grain size of transient shutoff agent,compatiblity,solubility,passing capacity of screen and plugging seal off ability of formation etc. gives suitable concentration,rule of plugging and removing the plugging automatically,which provides guidance for field application.
