摘要 针对苏格气藏水敏性强的特点,从优化压裂设计入手,科学调整压裂液配方,优化射孔方案,主要采用双封隔器机械分层和前置液液氮伴注方式压裂,采用中低砂比、中等加砂规模、造中长缝为设计主导思想。在增加气藏产能,减少储层污染,提高压后返排率等方面见到良好效果。 Due to the characteristic of strong water sensitivity in Sulige gas field,starting with optimizing fracturing design,by readjusting formula of fracturing fluid and optimizing perforation program,fracture the gas zone separately and mechanically with double packers and liquid nitrogen injection to pad fluid. Use middle or low sand ratio and middle scale of adding sand to form middle or long fracture are dominant ideas in fracture design,which enable obtaining better effect in enhancing productivity of the gas reservoir,reducing pollution and enhancing backflow ratio after fracturing.
