摘要
介绍了华能北京热电有限责任公司装备的带旋转分离器的MPS180磨煤机的结构特点和运行情况,通过试验给出了一次风量、旋转分离器转速、煤量等因素对煤粉细度的影响,认为调节旋转分离器的转速可作为锅炉负荷变化时保持稳定燃烧的有效手段。针对分离器轴承箱进煤粉这一故障现象,分析了其发生机理并提出了相应解决方案。
This article introduced Huaneng Beijing Thermal Power Co. Ltd. 's MPS180 coal mills with a revolving separator, discussed its characters and working data. By testing, we understood how the ventilatory volume, revolving separator rotating speed and coal amount affected degree of fineness of coal powder. Our conclusion is that adjusting the rotating speed of the revolving separator can be an efficient method to stabilize burning when boiler load is changing. We also analyzed the reason and provided solution for the problem of coal dust going into the separator's bearing housing.
