摘要
提出了包含控制系统的完整烟气脱硫系统可靠性分配模型,并利用拉格朗日乘数法,对系统内各设备及相应控制系统进行可靠性优化分配。该方法解决了当前一直处于瓶颈阶段的经典方法求解包含控制系统的复杂成套装置系统可靠性分配问题。该方法对于和烟气脱硫系统相似的成套装置混联系统同样适用,具有一定的工程运用价值和借鉴意义。
The reliability optimized allocation model of complete flue gas desulphurization system including all the equipment and control sub-systems are distributed by using the method of Lagrange multiplier in this paper. This method solves the reliability allocation problem in complex complete sets of equipment, which is placed in a bottleneck stage at present. Moreover, the method of this paper can also be applied in other complete sets which are similar to the FGD system, therefore it is of great value to engineering application.
