摘要
循环流化床锅炉具有较好的环保性能而在世界范围内得到较快的发展,随着CFB锅炉向着大容量、高参数方向发展,锅炉的设计和运行也表现出一些不足之处,主要表现在:磨损、运行电耗高、底渣处理困难、锅炉可用率与常规PC炉相比还存在明显差距、炉内脱硫脱硝的效果还不尽人意。特别是锅炉要再向600MWe以上容量发展,大面积布风和二次风混合的均匀性、炉内受热面布置困难等问题还困扰着设计和科研工作者。为此,在总结循环流化床设计、运行经验的基础上,根据流化床锅炉的流态化原理[1],突破常规布置理念,提出发展大型循环流化床的一些看法和思路,供同行参考,敬请提出宝贵意见。
Because of its environmental protection performance, CFB has been developed rapidly worldwide. However, along with CFB's development towards large capacity and high parameter, some disadvantages are shown, mainly on. serious wearing, high power consumption, difficullty on bottom ash handling, relative low boiler availability, and unsatisfied desulfuration and DeNOx result. Especially when CFB is designed at 600 MW above capacity, there are some concerns for designer and resercher, such as air distribution, eve- ness of secondary air combination and difficulty on heating surfact arrangment. So, based on summarization of design and commissioning experience of CFB, according to fluidization principle of CFB, the writer is breaking the old thoughts to put forward some ideas and thoughts on developing large scale CFB for reference.
