摘要
近年随着锅炉制造技术的发展,热稳定性高、抗蠕变性强、工艺性好的高等级材料大量应用,材料的焊接可靠性直接影响到产品质量。针对锅炉用新型耐热钢常见焊接缺陷进行分析,并在实际焊接生产过程中进行严格的质量管理与控制,从而保证产品质量的进一步提高。
Presently with the development of boiler manufacturing technology, many higher-grade materials of better heat stabilization, creep strength and fabrication weldability are much using. The material welding reliability directly affects the quality of product, this paper analyses the usual welding defects of the new type heat-resisting steel in power plant boiler and puts forward the solving methods. Through strictly quality management and quality control to push the product quality further improving.
