奥氏体钢管内壁喷丸层特性及其对抗氧化性能的影响 被引量:17

The Characteristics of Internal Surface Treated by Shot Blasting and its Effects on High Temperature Oxidation of Austenitic Stainless Steel Tube

摘要 借助于扫描电镜、透射电镜等分析手段,研究了Super304H和TP347H钢管内壁喷丸层的特性,阐明了奥氏体钢管内壁喷丸层的组织组成、形貌特征和微结构。通过空气氧化试验,探讨了喷丸对奥氏体钢管内壁抗氧化性能的影响。结果显示,喷丸层组织由奥氏体和马氏体组成,喷丸可以提高奥氏体钢管抗氧化能力。 The characteristics of internal surface of austenitic stainless steel tube treated by shot blasting were investigated by means of X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The microstructure and appearance of shot-blasted layer were explained and its effects on high temperature oxidation were also investigated by air oxidation test. The results show that the shot-blasted layer consists of austenite and α-martensite. The shot blasting is good for oxidation resistance of austenitic stainless steel.
