脐带血T细胞表型、谱系分布和相关分子表达特点的研究进展

摘要 脐带血造血干细胞移植后移植物抗宿主病的发生率及严重程度较骨髓移植和外周血干细胞移植低,这主要与脐带血所具有的独特的免疫学特性密切相关。本文就脐带血T细胞表型、谱系分布和相关分子表达特点的研究进展作一综述。
