染色质重塑与血液肿瘤

摘要 染色质重塑属于表观遗传学的范畴,主要参与基因转录的调控,并与细胞凋亡、DNA损伤修复、细胞增殖分化、维持基因组稳定性等方面相关。调控染色质重塑的机制主要有组蛋白修饰、ATP酶依赖的染色质重塑、DNA甲基化、RNA调控等。染色质重塑异常与血液肿瘤的发生有重要关系,针对染色质重塑异常已经研发出多种HDAC抑制剂和低甲基化药物治疗,取得一定疗效,但在基础和临床应用方面仍有待进一步研究。
