摘要 采用LS-DYNA3D软件对五凹弧切边罩爆炸成型弹丸(EFP)的尾翼成型过程进行了数值模拟,利用正交优化方法分析了该药型罩的战斗部结构参数对EFP的成型影响,并着重研究罩顶缘厚差对这种异形罩EFP成型性能的影响及规律;优化得到了口径为65 mm的变壁厚球缺形五凹弧切边罩EFP装药结构方案,该装药形成的EFP速度约为2 649 m/s、长径比约为4.5;形成的尾翼外形良好。 Performance of empennage forming of liner with five concave arc margins cutted was simulated using LS-DYNA3D software. Using orthogonal optimizing, the effect of this EFP warhead structure parameters on the performance of EFP forming was analyzed. Especially, the effect of difference between center and margin on the performance of EFP forming was studied. The charge structure of EFP with 65 mm caliber was optimized, and velocity of optimized EFP was about 2649m/s and the ratio of length versus diameter of EFP was about 4.5 . The outlook of em- pennage is nice.
