摘要
报道了一种新的测定雌性激素的流动注射化学发光方法.在碱性条件下,金银复合纳米粒子能强烈地增强鲁米诺-过氧化氢化学发光,而天然雌性激素能明显的抑制金纳米溶胶催化的鲁米诺-过氧化氢体系的化学发光.据此,我们建立了测定天然雌激素(雌酮、雌二醇和雌三醇)的化学发光方法.在最优化的实验条件下,测定雌酮、雌二醇和雌三醇的线性范围分别为1.0×10-6-4.0×10-8,1.0×10-5-1.0×10-7和1.0×10-5-7.0×10-8.检测限分别为4.3×10-9mol.L-1,3.9×10-8mol.L-1和6.5×10-9mol.L-1,相应的相对标准偏差分别为2.7%,1.8%和2.3%.该方法用于孕妇尿样中雌激素总量的测定,结果令人满意.
Au-Ag composite nanopartictes were found to enhance the chemiluminescence (CL) of the luminolhydrogen peroxide system, and estrogens could inhibit this CL signals in alkaline solution. Based on this inhibitive phenomenon, a flow injection CL method for the determination of three natural estrogens has been established. Under the optimized conditions, the linear range for the determination of estrogens was 1.0 × 10^-6 -4.0×10^-8for estrone, 1.0×10^-5-1.0×10^7for estradiol and 1.0×10^-5-7.0×10^-8for estriol. The detection limit were 4.3 × 10^ -9mol·L^- 1 for estrone, 3.9 × 10^- 8tool·L^-1 for estradiol and 6.5 × 10^-9mol·L^-1 for estriol with the R. S.D. 2.7 %, 1.8 % and 2.3%, respectively. This method has been used for analysis of estrogens in urine samples from pregnant women.
