辨证论治与综辨制宜

Applying Treatment on the Basis of Differentiation of Symptoms and Signs or on Comprehensive Differentiation

通过对辨证论治概念和认识的剖析，认为辨证论治、辨病论治以及辨症征论治、运气辨治、地域辨治、审因辨治、病原辨治、汤证辨治等诊疗方法均是综合辨析。因是制宜即综辨制宜思维方式的具体体现，从而阐明综辨制宜，走出辨证论治误区。正确对待中医特色，使中医事业昌盛无衰，使中西和古今医学结合成为现实。

Abstract In analysis of the concept and comprehension of applying treatment on the basis of differentiation of symptoms and signs,the author holds that the comprehensive differentiation should include various aspects such as treatment based on differentiation of syndromes,various diseases and signs, making differentiation according to doctrine on motion of five elements and six kinds of natural factors,to different regions,to causes of diseases,to pathogenesis,and making differentiation on the basis of prescriptions and syndromes.The author expounds the comprehensive differentiation for purpose of being free from the misleading of simple differentiation of syndromes.Only by way of the comprehensive differentiation can traditional Chinese medicine really show its characteristics.Consequently ,the cause of traditional Chinese medicine will ever flourishing,and the combination will come true of Chinese medicine with western medicine,as well as the ancient medicine with modern medicine.
