摘要
以ＣＹ模型大鼠为对象，比较研究四君子汤、葆春丸以及二者合用（复合组）对大鼠ＷＢＣ和ＣＤ２５细胞百分率的影响。结果表明：ＣＹ导致大鼠泄泻、脱肛、毛发散乱竖起脱落等症状和ＷＢＣ计数及ＣＤ２５百分率下降，三用药组的ＷＢＣ和ＣＤ２５百分率均高于模型组，葆春丸组和复合组的ＷＢＣ和ＣＤ２５水平明显高于四君子汤组，葆春丸组ＷＢＣ水平显著高于复合组。提示四君子汤、葆春丸及二者合用均能改善ＣＹ引起的症状和体征，减低ＣＹ所致的骨髓抑制和细胞免疫功能低下，但是葆春丸组和复合组的作用优于四君子汤组。
Abstract By means of experiment with CY model rats,the comparative studies of the three prescriptions(Sijunzi Tang,Baochun Wan,and compound prescription of the two)were made in their separate effect on the percentage of the rats′WBC and CD25.The result showed that CY could cause such symptoms in the rats as diarrhea,proctoptosis,rough hair and alopecia,etc.,and also cause a drop in count of WBC and percentage of CD25.The percentage of WBC and CD25 of the three groups treated respectively with Sijunzi Tang,Baochun Wan and compound prescription of the two was higher than that of the group of model rats; the level of WBC and CD25 of the group of Baochun Wan and the group of compound prescription was much higher than that of the group of Sijunzi Tang;the level of WBC of the group of Baochun Wan was,strikingly higher than that of the group of compound prescription.The experimental result suggestes that Sijunzi Tang and Baochun Wan and the compound prescription of the two could improve the symptoms and signs caused by CY,reduce the effect caused by CY on arrest of bone marrow and hypoimmunity.In addition,Baochun Wan and the compound prescription showed better effect than Sijunzi Tang did.
