摘要
从力学的角度看,脊椎病可谓是脊柱系统某部位受力不当而整体性生理结构改变而生理功能退化病变的一种病理反映,其过程遵循生命系统"熵增原理"。由椎动脉型和神经型颈椎病的形成机制可知:由于横突内穿越而过的椎动脉、椎管内通往全身的脊髓和神经的正常结构和功能受到影响必然引起血压等生理指标的紊乱,相关信息的无序程度(混乱)增加。引入生命系统生物信息熵概念是量化表述人体脊椎病形成的有效方法,控制人体脊柱系统的生物信息熵是预防和整治人体脊椎病的有效途径。
From the angle of mechanics, spondylodynia is a kind of pathology reflects, because of improper power acts on some parts of spine system, resulting in physiological structure changes and physiological functional deterioration. This process is in accordance with "entropy increase principle". The formation mechanism of the vertebral artery type and neurological type cervical spondylosis shows that because of the vertebral artery which goes through the transverse process, the spinal cord which lies in the spinal canal and opens onto the whole body, and the effect on the normal structure and function of the nerve, so they will certainly cause disorder of the blood pressure or other physiological index, and increase of the related information's disorder. The introduction of the concept of biological information entropy of life system is an effective way to quantifiably represent spondylodynia formation. Controlling the biological information entropy of human spine system is an effective way of preventing and curing human spondylodynia.
