系统性红斑狼疮患者瘀血病机的研究

Study on the pathogenesis of blood stasis of the patients with SLE

对比观察活动期ＳＬＥ患者，正常对照组及ＳＬＥ患者中西医结合治疗、单纯激素治疗的血浆ＴＸＢ２、６－Ｋ－ＰＧＦＩα、ⅧＲ：Ａｇ、血小板聚集等指标的改变，以探讨ＳＬＥ的瘀血病机及其对治疗的影响。结果表明，ＳＬＥ患者存在瘀血病机，其血浆ＴＸＢ２、Ｔ／Ｋ值、血小板聚集及ⅧＲ：Ａｇ异常升高；中西医结合治疗在降低以上指标异常升高方面，显著优于单纯激素组，表明中药对改善血液高凝状态。

Obeying the principle of randomization and contrast,the SOD and LPO in serum were oberved in cases with SLE and their changes compared between treatment with integrated herbs and prednisone and with prednisone only.The results showed that the LPO raised,the SOD lowered in cases with SLE in the active stage,suggesting the lowered function of clearing radicals.The treatment by integrated herbs and prednisone was tbtter in lowering LPO,and raining SOD than that by prednisone only,which was closely related to improvement of the counting points of patient's condition.The author believes that the treatment of SLE with integrated herbs of relieving toxin and nourishing yin and prednisone is significantly better than prednisone in improving the counting points of patient's condition and antioxidation,clearing free radicals and lessening the injury by free radicals in the body.This is closed related to the effect of herd in regulating the balance of oxidation and antioxidation.
