防旋股骨近端髓内钉和Gamma钉治疗股骨转子间骨折的比较研究 被引量：9

摘要 随着社会老龄化现象的加剧，股骨转子间骨折的发病率逐渐增高。保守治疗不仅给患者带来很大的痛苦，且易于导致严重的并发症，早期手术被认为是减少患者卧床并发症、提高生活质量的主要方法。我院自2001年2月至2007年6月采用瑞士AO／ASIF设计的防旋股骨近端髓内钉（proximal femoral nail antirotation，PFNA）和美国Stryker公司设计的第二代Gamma钉共治疗166例股骨转子间骨折的患者，现对两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析比较。
