热淋清颗粒对大鼠自身免疫性慢性前列腺炎治疗作用的实验研究

Therapeutical Effect of Relingqing-Granule in Rat Model with Autoimmunity Chronic Prostatitis

目的:探讨热淋清颗粒对大鼠自身免疫性慢性前列腺炎的治疗作用。方法:对大鼠多点皮下注射前列腺蛋白提纯液和弗氏完全佐剂的混悬液,采用免疫方法制造大鼠自身免疫性慢性前列腺炎模型。大鼠分为正常组、模型组、热淋清高剂量组、热淋清低剂量组。30天后处死大鼠,取前列腺液、前列腺组织,检测前列腺液中白细胞数和卵磷脂小体密度,并对前列腺组织进行病理学观察。结果:热淋清高剂量组能减少自身免疫性前列腺炎大鼠前列腺液中白细胞数量及增加卵磷脂小体的密度,减轻或消除自身免疫反应所致的大鼠前列腺组织的病理学改变。结论:热淋清颗粒对大鼠自身免疫性慢性前列腺炎有治疗作用。

Objective：To observe the therapeutical effect of relingqing granule in experimental rat model with autoimmunity chronic prostatitis. Methods： The model group was made multiple intra-dermal injections by rat prostate protein purification liquid and suspension of FCA. Rat models with autoimmune chronic prostatitis were made by immunohistochemical method. The rat are divided into four groups： control group, model group, and group of low and high dose of relinqing-granule. Rats were killed after 30 days. Prostatic fluid and prostate tissue were obtained. To detect WBC and lecithin mierosome density of prostatic fluid, and to do pathological observation of prostate tissue. Results： High dose of relinqing granule can reduce WBC and lecithin mierosome density of pros- tatic fluid in rat model with autoimmunity chronic prostatitis, mitigate or eliminate the pathological changes of rat prostate tissue caused by autoimmune reaction. Conclusions： Relinqing-granule has therapeutical effect in autoimmunity chronic prostatitis of rat.
