移植肾功能延迟恢复的预防和治疗进展 被引量:5

摘要 移植肾功能延迟恢复(DGF)是肾移植术后的一种常见并发症,能增加急性排斥反应发生,缩短移植物长期存活时间。最近几年DGF发生率仍保持在30%左右,采取有效预防措施可以减少DGF发生。低剂量钙调神经素的新型免疫抑制策略,证明对术后发生DGF的移植物早期或晚期存活都有益。
