激光加丹参注射液治疗脑梗塞临床观察

采用低能量氦—氖激光血管内照射（以下简称激光）加丹参注射液治疗脑梗塞３２例，基本痊愈１６例，显著进步１０例，进步５例，总有效率为９６．８８％；对照组（丹参注射液治疗组）１３例。基本痊愈４例，显著进步３例，进步１例，总有效率为６１．５％。治疗组优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗组血小板最大聚集率、血液粘稠度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原治疗后均有明显下降。

We had used the low-energy He-Ne Laser intravascular irrediation and traditional medicine therapy with injectio salviae miltiorrhizae in 32 cases in cerebral enbolism patients.There were of 16 cases in entire recovery;10 cases of achieved remarkable success;5 cases of improvement.Totally the curative effect were 96.8%.The control group in 13 cases with injectio salviae militorrhizae only which 4 cases of entire recovery;3 cases of remarkable success;one case was improvement.The curative effect were 61.5%.THe combined group was to advantage over the control group(P<0.01).The data of combined group:platelet aggregation rate;blood viscosity;hematocrit;and fibrinogen rather too decrease,and the muscular strength appeared in recovery after treatment.
