组织工程角膜移植的发展现状及展望

摘要 随着组织工程学的不断发展,实现了组织工程化的角膜上皮、内皮及角膜基质的重建。针对角膜不同层次的疾病,利用组织工程的进步治疗角膜疾病,进行角膜移植成为趋势。
