MicroRNA与小儿肿瘤的研究进展

摘要 MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是近年来发现的一类长度约20~24nt的内源性非编码小分子RNA,它普遍存在于动植物体内,具有高度进化保守性、时序性、组织特异性及基因簇集现象。miRNA参与基因表达转录后的调节,通过碱基配对的方式与靶mRNAsd 3’端非编码区(3’-UTRs)结合,发挥负性调节的作用。到目前已发现了至少1000余种miRNAs,它们参与调控了至少30%的人类蛋白编码基因。
