经鼻蝶显微手术治疗儿童及青春期ACTH腺瘤

摘要 儿童及青春期垂体腺瘤发病率较低，仅占全部垂体腺瘤的3％～5％。其中儿童最常见的垂体腺瘤为ACTH腺瘤。我院1994年1月至2007年12月诊治儿童及青春期ACTH腺10例，均经鼻蝶入路手术治疗效果可。现进行总结，报告如下。
