大鼠肾脏组织哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白增龄性的表达变化 被引量:2

摘要 肾脏是衰老较快的器官之一,随年龄的增长出现肾小球肥大、系膜增生、肾小球硬化和肾小管-间质纤维化等病理变化。但这一现象的分子机制并不完全清楚。研究发现,雷帕霉素可显著抑制糖尿病肾病早期及单侧肾切除后代偿性的肾小球肥大,并且它还能减轻蛋白尿相关的肾小管-间质的炎性反应及纤维化。
