摘要
针对目前胜利油田超稠油蒸汽吞吐热力采油技术存在热利用率低、采收率低的问题,采用了注蒸汽层内化学辅助裂解降粘工艺。实验结果表明,该工艺具有较高的超稠油降粘率,粘度反弹不明显,降低了稠油开采难度。在胜利孤东油田2口超稠油井进行了注蒸汽层内化学辅助裂解降粘工艺先导性试验,结果表明注蒸汽层内化学辅助裂解降粘技术可以取代电传统的蒸汽吞吐热力采油技术维持正常生产。试验油井降粘率达80%以上,单井日产油增产60%以上,降粘增油效果明显;同时油井载荷明显下降,耗电明显降低,大大节约了生产成本。
In view of the current Shengli Oil field exists thermal heat production of a low utilization rate, the low oil recovery in the course of heat oil steam stimulation technology, the use of steam--assisted chemical decomposition process viscosity can solve these problems. The results show that the process has a high rate of extra--heavy oil viscosity reduction, no rebound viscosity, reduced the exploitation of heavy oil difficult. In the two ultra--heavy oil wells of Shengli Oil field were conducted with steam--assisted chemical decomposition process viscosity , the pilot test results showed that the steam--assisted cracking and viscosity reduction in chemical technology can replace the traditional electric heat steam stimulation technology to maintain normal oil production. Test wells viscosity reduction rate can be more than 80% ,on single well oil production can be more than 60%; at the same time ,oil well loading decreased significantly ,reducing power consumption, significantly cutting down production costs.
