Effect of oscillation shear stress on endothelial cells in cell culture system

摘要 对内皮细胞体外培养装置加以改进,在回路中形成既能正向流动,又能逆向流动的流场,旨模拟在血管分支、分叉、狭窄或弯曲处产生的双向血流或涡流。在改进后的血流动力学体外实验平台上进行细胞体外培养,交变流动对内皮细胞的损伤比单向流动要大。实验结果初步表明,交变脉动的切应力是导致内皮细胞损伤进而引起动脉粥样硬化斑块发生和发展的一个不可忽略的因素。 The in vitro cell cultivated system was improved to form positive and backward flow fields in the loop so as to simulate bidirection blood flow or vortex flow at vessel embranchment, bifurcate, straitness or sinuosity. Endothelial cells were cultivated in the improved vitro system. The damage on endothelia cell caused by oscillation flow was more extensively than single flow. The experiment primarily indicates that oscillation shear stress maybe a factor that cannot be ignored in the incidence and developing of atherosclerotic plaque.
