一种流片后用遗传算法优化的进化型AGC放大器

摘要 设计了针对进化型模拟集成电路的遗传算法,利用SMIC 0.18μm COMS混合信号工艺设计了一个具有进化功能的宽带高增益自动增益放大器,把遗传算法模块应用到该放大器,以获得性能优异的放大器电路或在电路出现故障时会恢复电路功能。仿真结果表明,经遗传算法优化,该自动增益放大器能适应环境变化,其性能指标能收敛到30 MHz带宽,增益变化范围40-70 dB,最大增益时的1 dB压缩点-65 dBm,三阶交调-56 dBm。 The core module of genetic algorithms suitable for evolvement analog IC is designed,using SMIC 0.18 μm CMOS mixed technology,an evolvement AGC amplifier(Automatic Gain Control Amplifier) is designed which can be optimized using the core module of Genetic Algorithms or recover from failure.The simulation results show that performance of AGC amplifier conforms to excellent features expected to adapt itself to variable environment,it has 30 MHz operation frequency,40~70 dB gain adjustment range,-65 dBm 1 dB compression point,-56 dBm IP3.
