数字信号处理器在复合三电平DC-DC变换器中的应用

摘要 介绍了TMS320F2812 DSP在复合三电平DC-DC变换器控制电路中的应用。通过对DSP的编程调试,能够产生PWM脉冲信号,实现功率器件的驱动控制,还可以对变换器提供必要的保护,并通过对反馈电压、检测电流的采集和转换,实现变换器系统的双闭环控制。与变换器传统的模拟控制方式相比,采用DSP的数字控制方式的变换器不存在温漂问题、控制灵活、控制精度高、控制功能强。并通过一台120 W,80 kHz的样机进行实验,验证了基于TMS320F2812 DSP的变换器各项指标的优越性。 The application of TMS320F2812 DSP in hybrid three-level DC/DC converter is introduced in detail in this paper.Through the programming and debugging to DSP,it can generate PWM signals to realize the drive and control of power devices;supply the protection to the converter;and complete two closed loop control through the collection and transition of feedback voltage and testing current.Compared with the traditional analog control mode,the digital mode based on DSP can avoid the temperature drift,and be controlled with high precision.The advantages of the converter's performance index can be validated through the testing of a 120 W,80 kHz prototype.
